Women Arm Exercises – Same As Men’s Workout?
The typical women arm exercises is the simple arm curl with a weight around three to five kilogram. This exercise is identical to what male bodybuilders perform during their workouts. The only difference is that bodybuilders will choose weight between 20 and 30 kilogram to see any further effect. At least, this is what they do during high intensive training.
There is a second phase of workout where bodybuilders aim at sculpting their existing muscle mass instead of building new muscles. Then, the number of repetitions per exercise is much higher and the weights are lighter. This way of workout resembles what arm exercises look like for women.
