Start the Training with Abs Bodybuilding Workout?
One question I hear quite often is: “Should I do my abs bodybuilding workout at the beginning or at the end of my training session?”
The general rule in bodybuilding workout is to start with the large muscles and then eercise the smaller ones. The abdominal musculature is a relatively large muscle. Nevertheless, it is best to exercise the abs bodybuilding workout at the end of the training, right before the cardiovascular training. The reason is that abs routines are usually trained with a high number of repetitions. The high intensity part of the training should always be finished, when such exercises with a large number of repetitions are performed.
