Jump Backwards
Another leapfrog exercise is a backwards leapfrog jump. Leapfrog jumps are one of the most effective plyometric exercises when you include all of the variations of it you can perform. All you have to do is squat down with your back towards that direction and jump backwards. Jump as far as you can. It may seem like you are not getting that far, but do not worry because it is harder to jump distances when you are jumping backwards. As long as you keep going, then you do not have to worry about jumping distances. Also, if you fall just get right back up and keep going.
