Effective Muscle Building: What’s Important – and what’s Not
You’ve probably read a lot on the Internet and in magazines about bodybuilding and the most effective muscle building (German: effektive Muskelaufbau Techniken) techniques. Some of these are true, and some are not. So how do you know the difference between healthy ways to bulk up? How do you know whether a certain supplement will benefit you or actually cause harm to your body? First, if the supplement promises to be a revolutionary breakthrough secret, it’s probably just another gimmick. Second, if the vendor tells you to use the product in place of healthy eating, this won’t be good for you. Finally, if the manufacturer encourages you to do anything to excess, forget it. Even water can be bad for you if you drink too much of it!
