Watching your diet for dry skin care
One thing everyone can do for dry skin care, regardless ofbudget, is to watch your diet. Eating a balanced diet rich invegetables, fruits, grains, seeds and nuts will dramaticallyimprove skin quality. Also, eating things such as garlic,onions, and asparagus (and other foods rich in sulfur) will helpkeep skin smooth. Some people also extol the virtues ofcantaloupe, carrots and apricots for dry skin, as these foodsare rich in Vitamins A and C–both of which are important forsmooth skin. Last of all, be sure to drink at least two quartsof water daily to keep the skin hydrated and moist.
