GPS Maps-direct result of progressive science
The pursuit of technology and the advancement of science has never before gone through such a massively fast and thorough growth period as we have seen in the last century and a half. For instance, the ability to use satellites that orbit the earth to provide any individual now with access to Global Positioning Satellite, or gps maps, would have been seen as impossible 50 years ago! Imagine how the world would have been changed if this kind of detailed information could have been available during the World Wars? Constant updates as to troop movements and being able to locate an individual from space? And we can only look forward from here…
