Zhu Zhu Pet Range May Expand
Not content with the huge success of Zhu Zhu pets - the motorized hamster toys that kids around the country are currently going nuts for - Cepia, the manufacturers are planning to expand their range over the next twelve months or so. To date Cepia have shipped about 6 million units and anticipate shipping around about the same number again before the end of the Christmas period this year. Plans to introduce chipmunks, squirrels, rabbits and hedgehogs are in the pipeline and Cepia are anticipating sales of $300 to $400 million during the next twelve months - for the expanded product range.
