The various groups of fish…yes it is true!
When buying seafood from the supermarket or eating seafood at a local restaurant, it is always good to ensure that you know whether or not if the fish is in threat of becoming endangered, if it is going to be a threat to your health, or whether the fish is popular and in no danger. There is a special Consumer’s Seafood List to which you can identify the status of the fish you would like to purchase. The various groups of fish are divided into three different colour groups, namely green, orange, and red.
