Survey Monument Ended Property Line Dispute!
I was having a property line dispute with my new neighbor and it was rapidly getting ugly. I had the original plat survey that had all the correct markers on it but my neighbor was still sure that her more recent property line was correct. Luckily for my I had researched about what exactly a survey monument does and how it references the exact property lines. I knew I had my work cut out for me with this stubborn neighbor but with all the correct information and paperwork as my ammunition I knew that I would prevail. It took awhile but it all worked out in the end.
