Healthy Arguments

It never failed.  Every time we got into an argument we ended up rehashing the same few topics that we’d been over one hundred times before.  It was exhausting to end up yelling the same old insults at one another time and time again.  We were ripping each other apart on a daily basis and knew we needed help.  Searching online for articles written for married couples led us to good advice on how to argue in a healthy way.  Learning proper boundaries of what we should and should not bring up during disagreements has helped us immensely.   We have discovered that it is possible to have a discussion that does not dissolve into a destructive screaming match!
