Weight loss and fitness programs

So many fitness and weight loss programs out there.  And while many of them are digital, they’ll still not worth the electrons it takes to transfer them to you.  They suck.  So you can imagine that I really wasn’t overly enthusiastic when I first learned about theBurn The Fat, Feed The Muscle program by Tom Venuto.  However, the program quickly passed my first test, the author of the program had achieved results that I wanted.  He was a professional natural bodybuilder – not a massive dude like you see at the gym, but a super fit, chiseled body.  That’s what I wanted, and I was willing to put in the work to get it.
