The Six Pack Abs Workout

Contrary to expectations, the six pack abs workout will not only contain effective abdominal exercises, it will also include full body exercises. The six pack is toned and strengthened by abdominal exercises, yes. But to be able to highlight and show these six pack abs, you also need to shed off your body’s fat content. You can only have this by doing full body cardio and weight training exercises. The start of a full body six pack abs workout is the stretch. Never exercises without stretching your muscles first, as this can result in pulled ligaments and inflexibility. Follow this up with a good twenty minute run on the treadmill, or a session in the stepper or Nordic Track machine. The ideal cardio exercise is between twenty minutes and one hour. During this time, you should be able to maintain an aerobic level of exercise. At an aerobic level, you should be working out at sixty percent to eighty-five percent of your maximum heart rate.
