Tai Chi DVD
When I first saw the website about tai chi classes I knew I wasn’t able to commit to going to a class every week. When I saw you could order a tai chi dvd and try it out I immediately did it. This way was more convenient to me because I just had a baby and knew I wasn’t going to go to a class every week. Once I started the dvd I transformed into a tai chi machine. I loved it! It was very easy to follow and I picked up on the moves very quickly. I would recommend the site to everyone who wants to learn tai chi!
