Safe weight loss: Take it steady

You are probably reading this because you want to lose weight and that is our ultimate goal here. So let’s forget about conventional methods and try something different. For the next month or so don’t worry to much about your weight, you can concentrate on that later. For the time being, don’t worry about about all the usual things you would associate with a weight loss plan. In the coming weeks I would like you to explore some alternatives to your current diet that you know you will enjoy in the future that will also help you achieve safe weight loss. Here, experimentation is the key. There are so many amazing foods and recipes out there I have no doubt that you will discover new, healthy, low-fat foods that you will love. Try to incorporate two or three of these each into your weekly meal plan and you will already be on the way to gaining your ideal weight.
