My Own Weight Loss system
I have noticed a pattern on my weight gaining system. If I eat a breakfast that is high in sugar and low in fiber I put on weight. I have also noticed that the less exercise that I do the easier it is to put on weight. The most effective weight loss system that I have discovered is the strip that fat system. If I eat a breakfast high in protein and fiber I seem to not get as hungry during the day. If i carry carrots or an apple to work and snack on them I do not run to the machine to buy a candy bar. And without those I tend to loose weight.
