I don’t even know if this is possible quite frankly, but I thought I would ask anyway because I know a lot of people who read this blog will definitely have an answer that I can trust. Is it really possible for someone without a lot of experience in this to learn how to do a colon cleanse that only takes an hour or so? I’ve heard that in most cases whenever you’re doing a colon cleansing at home that you have to basically stay close to your bathroom for an extended period to make sure that you don’t wind up grossing other people out.
