Does “Zero Calories” Always Promote Weight Loss?
Big companies do a great job of marketing products by running with the buzz words that will catch people’s attention. “Zero Calories”, “No Fat”, etc.. sound great when you are looking for products that will help you when you are trying to maintain a diet, but do these products really promote weight loss?
While they will highlight the “buzz words” that everyone is looking for while trying to lose weight, they don’t tell you much about the other products that they are using. Most of the “diet” sodas for example, use artificial sweeteners. It is now being discovered that artifical sweeteners actually may add to weight gain. Are there any diet products that actually perform the way they are marketed?
