Building a Better Body
In the last six months, I have lost more then twenty pounds. I changed my diet and started exercising, but I wasn’t sure what kinds of resistance exercises I should be doing. I wanted to look lean and strong, so I started a new fitness strength training regimen that I participate in several times a week. I have noticed some good definition in my arms and legs, and my stomach is definitely more flat. My endurance has increased to the point where I can complete five miles of running without having side pains or getting short of breath. At this rate I will look amazing by summer!
