A killer workout for fast results

I have a friend who trains with the army and is required to maintain peak fitness. He regularly attends boot camps where he is put through rigorous training programs. He introduced me to a killer workout as a way to get results fast. I am planning to incorporate his suggestions into my regular routine. I find that I get a little stale by following the same approach so doing something a little different helps to keep me fresh and motivated. The high intensity nature of the workout will also help to improve my conditioning and take my fitness to the next level.
