10/01 Food Can “Pump You Up”
OK you heard right, food can pump you up. Bodybuilding Nutrition, or in other words a healthy balanced diet can help to pump those muscles up. Bodybuilding is a great strain on the body, like a car driving up a mountain side. For your car you need the right gas, the right tires and oil. For your body you need the right amount of carbohydrates, proteins and balance healthy fats. You also need to fill up when your tank is running low, just like a car. You need to refuel yourself several times during the day so your muscles have food to build from. You can’t expect to pump up your muscles without feeding your body. So remember if you want to pump the iron, pump the nutrition as well.
