What is Refinancing? My Wife’s Answer
My wife has a unique way of answering the question, what is refinancing? She calls it starting over and trying to retire. She sees the only benefit of doing a refinance loan on our home is a way to liquidate the equity in the home and start living the good life. I have to admit that I love the idea but I think we are way to young to be able to do that. We are both in our mid fifties and we have a lot of years left on this earth. I don’t know if the money we have in the house is enough to last us.
