The other day in a debt management seminar, I found out something I did not know. I found out about secured credit cards and their many uses. They can be used by teens to try out their use of credit cards without having the ability to go overboard. They can be used by people who have poor credit history to help them rebuild their credit. They can be used by adults that do not have any existing credit, but now need some. There are secured credit cards available that have great interest rates and no or low annual fees.
