I am a descent judge of character. I have always been able to spot a real winner when I see them. I have a few employees who definitely fit that category, while there are others who do not. OUr company is thinking about implementing some new training. However this training takes away from work productivity and also costs money for us to bring in specialists to teach it. Because of this it’s important that I choose the best candidates possible for the Microsoft Project Training. This training will give them the tools they need to succeed in their job, and overall benefit our company.
