My Husband’s New GPS Device
I can’t even begin to tell you how important an aviation GPS can be to a pilot. My husband is a pilot, and while I don’t know a lot about aircraft, I can tell you that he thinks the world of the GPS device he just installed on his plane. I can still remember the first morning he was planning to use it. He walked into the kitchen and made a cup of coffee. Then he looked me straight in the eyes and said, “Don’t worry, my dear. With this new GPS device, the plane will practically fly itself!” After that comment I was officially worried. You see, my husband is the type of pilot that would actually let the GPS try to fly the plane! But all was well. He went up with a friend and they both came home raving about that wonderful new GPS. At least now I don’t have to worry about them getting lost.
