In my business in the world of real estate and financing, you know that the person most likely looking for a loan or a refinance is the person that recently looked already in the last 5 years. The person who has been sitting on a loan for more than 5 years is probably not interested in changing anything until their loan is paid off. That is why when I look for free mortgage leads, I make sure that there has been some activity with their recent financing or I do not bother. People stable in their finances or lacking any activity probably will not need my services.
