Experience accounts for alot
When I started my company I needed a trust worthy accountant that I could count on to not only help me with the financial book keeping and taxes but someone whom would help me get ahead. I wanted to hire accountants that would network with the rest of the companies employees and myself to always keep an eye out for opportunities to save us money as well as showing us anything they might find to earn us more through careful spending and investments. When I hire an accountant I like to hire efficiently. I want someone with investment, marketing, and CPA experience.
