04/30 Life’s Not Much Fun When You Have An Anxiety Disorder
An obsessive-compulsive disorder, otherwise known as O.C.D, is a very common anxiety disorder that affects many people. To be specific, OCD is the fourth most common psychological disorder diagnosed and is right up there with diabetes mellitus and psychological asthma. The disorder is characterised by a mental disorder that involves obsessive behaviour that one feels is necessary to perform in order to relive the anxiety that they feel. Physical symptoms are in accordance with many other panic disorders including trembling, uncomfortable or fearful thoughts, sweating, difficulty breathing or involuntary movements of the limbs.
